Process

Timelines vary by project scope. A standard website takes 6–10 weeks from discovery to launch. E-commerce projects typically take 8–14 weeks. Automation projects range from 2–8 weeks. Brand identity work takes 3–5 weeks. We'll give you a precise timeline during your free consultation after we understand your requirements.
During discovery, we conduct in-depth conversations to understand your business goals, target audience, competitive landscape, and technical requirements. We also audit any existing digital presence you have. This phase results in a detailed project brief, sitemap (for websites), and a clear scope of work document.
We structured our process to minimize your time commitment while maximizing your input where it matters. Expect 2–3 review checkpoints (discovery, design, pre-launch) with a dedicated Slack/Teams channel for ongoing communication. Most clients spend 2–4 hours total on reviews. We take care of the heavy lifting.
We provide a 30-day post-launch support window for any bugs or minor adjustments at no extra cost. For ongoing updates, our monthly support plans cover regular content updates, security patches, and feature additions. Enterprise clients have a dedicated account manager for continuous improvements.

Pricing

We primarily use fixed-price project-based billing so you always know exactly what you're paying. For ongoing retainer work (monthly support, content updates, automation maintenance), we use monthly plans. We never present surprise invoices β€” everything is agreed upfront.
We accept bank transfers (SWIFT/ACH), credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Stripe for international clients. Projects are typically billed as 50% upfront and 50% on completion. Retainer plans are billed monthly in advance.
Yes β€” we believe every business deserves great digital presence. Tell us your budget and we'll tell you honestly what's achievable within it, and suggest a phased approach if needed. We'd rather deliver a great smaller project than a mediocre big one.

Technical

We use a modern, battle-tested technology stack: React / Next.js for front-end, Node.js / Python for back-end, PostgreSQL / MongoDB for databases, AWS / Vercel / Cloudflare for hosting, and Shopify / WooCommerce for e-commerce. We recommend the best tool for your specific needs, not the trendiest.
Performance and SEO are core to everything we build. Every site achieves 90+ Google PageSpeed scores and passes Core Web Vitals. We implement technical SEO fundamentals (structured data, meta tags, sitemaps, canonical URLs) and build on a solid performance architecture from day one.
You own your website and all code completely. We can manage hosting on your behalf (Vercel, AWS, DigitalOcean) or hand over everything to your team. All source code is delivered via a private Git repository and all credentials are transferred to you at project completion.

Support

Our support plans include regular content updates, security patches, plugin/dependency updates, uptime monitoring, performance checks, and feature improvements. Enterprise plans include a dedicated account manager and priority response times (under 4 hours for critical issues).
All clients get access to a dedicated support portal and a shared Slack channel. For urgent issues (site down, checkout broken), you can reach us via phone 24/7 on the Enterprise plan. Standard support tickets are responded to within 8 business hours.
